This special form of magnesium (the heptahydrate version) is just like the Epsom salt you may already know, but more refined and pure. It’s known for helping with muscle relaxation, calming the nervous system, and easing tension - perfect after a big day of running, climbing, and play.

🧼 Sodium Bicarbonate
