Yes! Our products are lovingly made with gentle, skin-friendly ingredients. They're suitable for most skin types, including sensitive little ones. However, we always recommend a patch test first, especially if your child has known allergies or skin conditions.
👶 What age group are Bubs & Tubs products suitable for?
Our bubbly range is designed for kids aged 6 months and up. Always supervise little ones during bath time to ensure a safe and splashy experience!
🌿 Are your products natural or organic?
We use a blend of naturally-derived ingredients with a focus on gentle, effective formulations. While not all ingredients are certified organic, we avoid harsh chemicals like parabens, SLS, and synthetic dyes.
🧼 Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely! We’re proudly vegan and cruelty-free - tested only on willing humans, never animals.
🚚 How long will shipping take?
We ship orders from Gold Coast within 1–2 business days.
Delivery timeframes depend on your location:
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

📦 Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We're working on expanding, so stay tuned for updates!
💸 Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right.
