At Bubs & Tubs, we want you to absolutely love every product you receive. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!
💡 Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our bath and body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We hope you understand that for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
📦 Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packing your order, but if something arrives broken or defective, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us at sales@bubsandtubs.com.au with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once approved, we’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on what works best for you.
🔁 Incorrect or Missing Items
Oops! Did something go wrong with your order?
If you've received the wrong product or are missing an item, reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
💳 Refunds
Once your return or issue is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Products returned after the 48-hour notification window
- Used or opened items
