Refund Policy
At Bubs & Tubs, your satisfaction means everything to us. While we hope you love your products as much as we do, we understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. Here's what you need to know about refunds:
❌ Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Our bath-time goodies are classified as personal care items and, for hygiene and safety reasons, cannot be returned or resold once opened.
🧴 Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we’ll absolutely make it right!
Please email sales@bubsandtubs.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, including:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
💳 Refund Timeframes
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 2-5 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
🛍️ Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Sale or clearance items
- Orders reported after the 7-day window
- Used or opened products
- Delays caused by postal carriers once your order has been shipped
